Ski Season FAQ

How does the season pass inclusion work?

One adult transferable Sundance Mountain season pass is included with every booking. It covers unlimited skiing at Sundance for the 26/27 season. Your group coordinates who uses it each day.

What about the rest of the group's lift tickets?

The included pass covers one adult. Additional skiers purchase their own lift tickets or passes at Sundance. At $89–$159/day, daily tickets add up fast — which is why many groups use the included season pass strategically for the heaviest skier in the group.

How do we get to the mountain?

The included side-by-side UTV handles resort transport. It's 5 minutes to the Sundance base. No resort parking required. The UTV is also great for grocery runs and evening canyon drives.

What's the road condition in winter?

AWD or 4WD strongly recommended in winter. The road to the cabin is maintained but mountain conditions apply. Most guests with AWD SUVs have no issues. Check in advance if driving a 2WD vehicle.

Why book direct instead of Airbnb/VRBO?

Airbnb charges guests 14–17% in service fees. On a $5,000 4-night ski trip, that's $700–$850 going to Airbnb. Booking direct on Houfy is the same cabin, same price, without the fees.
